Hello 2Crafty friends!

Today I'm back with a new layout to share. It features my daughter as she's sitting on a wooden fence, patiently waiting for her turn on a rollercoaster ride in an amusement park. I had just the right paper to match the picture and some amazing chipboards to make it stand out. 

For the "Lattice Leaves", I've used blue-gold shimmering acrylic paint. On the "Heidi's Vines"

  I applied a transparent shimmering glaze and some diluted charcoal metallic paint on top.

On the negative "Pointed Doily Frames" (behind the "Moments magiques" words), I 

embossed with white enamel powder and stamped with black ink. I applied a silver 

wax on the "Pointed Doily Frames" and subsequently inked with violet ink.

For the title, the "Fine Word Set 2", I've applied a teal ink and 

then used a white embossing ink for the contours.

*Mes créations du mois pour Simple à Souhait*

Salut les cocos,
C'est maintenant le temps de vous présenter mes créations réalisées pour mon DT des Étampes Simples à souhait.
Voici la page réalisée pour le défi du mois! N'oubliez pas d'aller participer! C'est un défi particulier! Il vous permet de récréer un drink estival en scrapbooking.

Pour cette création j'ai utilisé la planche d'étampes Texture Peinture

Et les mots en mousse Accent Scrapbooking Famille

Voici ma chronique, qui a paru le blog au début du mois de juillet.

J'espère que vous allez bien! Vous passez un beau début d'été! La chaleur et le soleil se sont installés et nous rapelle que les écoles sont fermées et que les enfants sont en vacances. J'en profite donc pour vous présenter les cartes que j'ai réalisées et remises aux éducatrices et enseignantes de mes enfants.
J'avais envie de donner un look estival tout en gardant un esprit festif. De plus, j'ai voulu être un peu plus originale dans le choix du sentiment. Un message de remerciement personnalisé est inscrit à l'endos de la carte.

Afin de créer ces cartes, j'ai utilisé la matrice de coupe Bon voyage, retour, repos ainsi que la planche  Point par KjKareen. C'est avec cette dernière que j'ai réalisé mon fond. J'ai étampé mon carton avec la versamark claire puis j'ai utilisé une poudre à embosser blanche afin d'en faire resortir les points.

Au personnel enseignant, éducateur et tout autre personne travaillant auprès des écoliers, je vous souhaite de vous reposer et de profiter de vos semaines de congé bien méritées. Vous faites un travail extraordinaire. Vous préparez la génération de demain à prendre le relais et cela est tout un défi! Chapeau! Bon été!

#Funtimes made for 2Crafty

Hello 2Crafty Fans,

I'm back with a new layout to share with you guys. This time, I put myself a bit out of my comfort zone by using a color palette I don't usually work with. I usually prefer light or bright colors but for this one I started with a dark background. I really like the end result, I find that it helped make the photo stand out better.

For the "#FUNTIMES" title, part of the "Mini #Word Set 2", I used a turquoise ink and traced the border with black ink.

Behind the picture and paper layers, I used the "Tahnya's 11" Border" which I cut in half to put one part above and one part below the picture. I treated it with a gray metallic paint and inked the border with some black ink.

For the "Ornate Buckles", I embossed them with a blue embossing powder.

On the "Mini Branches", I used pink ink that I applied roughly to leave some unpainted parts showing through.
